The Group requires all employees to comply with all laws applicable to the Group's business, including the laws of China and other relevant countries. The Group has made great efforts to improve employees' legal awareness and let every employee receive legal training, because integrity and compliance are the common commitment and responsibility of the whole company. The Group adopts a "zero tolerance" attitude towards violations, and any employee who violates the Company's policies will be subject to disciplinary action.


The Group's effective compliance work has been widely praised in the industry. Specific compliance measures are as follows:


  Conduct process control through the information system process, and effectively review the products, uses, users and destinations involved in the business;

  Implement all-round compliance control in various business links such as human resources, finance, procurement, sales, production, quality and equipment;

  Organize compliance training and assessment for all employees in all units of the Group, integrate corporate culture training for new employees into compliance training, enhance compliance awareness of all employees, and form a good compliance culture;

  Regularly carry out export control compliance risk assessment and audit the company's compliance systems and processes;

  If employees find any possible violations, they can report to the Group headquarters.
