Group front-line staff symposium held in the headquarters

On March 26, the group's front-line employees' symposium was held in the large conference room of the group headquarters. The symposium was presided over by Yang Dongqing, the president of the group. Zheng Hongyan, the vice president of the group, Hui Ping, the vice president, and Yang Cheng, the assistant general manager of Tang Saw Company were invited to participate. Ten front-line staff representatives from four companies, including Tangsaw, Lintang, Tangji and Tangying, participated in the symposium.

At the symposium, Yang Dongqing, the president, had a detailed understanding of the working and living conditions of front-line employees and asked them about their difficulties in work. Later, the participants made suggestions on various management deficiencies and improvement methods in the current development of the Group and had in-depth discussions.
