The second batch of Blue Ocean Program trainees induction training kicked off

On July 1, the second group of Blue Ocean Program trainees' induction training course was held in the group headquarters, and 11 trainees participated in the training. At the opening ceremony, Yang Dongqing, the president of the group, taught the students about the development history, service orientation and future development trend of Tang Saw, and put forward ardent hopes and specific requirements for the students from the aspects of "down-to-earth work, shaping a good career outlook, and building a sense of teamwork".

The training lasted for 2 weeks, covering staff rules, personnel management system, safe operation, production management, quality management and equipment management. The training aims to enable trainees to get familiar with and master business operations as soon as possible, adapt to and enter the working state in a short time, and contribute to the rapid development of Tang Saw.
